Gradient

Returns a color gradient which will blend one color into another when drawn.

Inputs

StartColor
Color: The starting color of the gradient.
EndColor
Color: The end color of the gradient.
GradientStyle
Numeric: (Optional) Style of the gradient.

Remarks

Some drawing functions do not support gradients or transparent colors. For details check the documentation of the drawing function.

Gradient Styles

GradientStyleSolid Fills with a solid color.
GradientStyleVertical Fills with a vertical gradient.
GradientStyleHorizontal Fills with a horizontal gradient.

Examples

Draw a filled area using a vertical gradient
DrawArea( High, Low, "High", "Low", Gradient( White, Black, GradientStyleVertical ) );
Draw a semi transparent filled area using a vertical gradient
Input: Transparency( 64, 0, 255 ); Variable: color; color = Gradient( White, TransparentColor( Black, Transparency ), GradientStyleVertical ); DrawArea( High, Low, "High", "Low", color );
